MaryAlice Beevore is a true professional in the real estate field. I've owned homes in five different states and have worked with numerous real estate agents but she is by far the best. MaryAlice helped me purchase two homes in the MSP area. The first home in Minnesota, purchased in 2016, is in Saint Paul. Initially an investment property, it is now my primary residence. My second home is in Columbia Heights, purchased in 2018, is an investment property. Mary Alice's knowledge and response to changes in Minnesota real estate is very impressive. She knows the history the region, understands market trends, the real estate process, the values, etc. She has always given me good advice and works hard to understands my needs and preferences so she can serve me well. With MaryAlice's great market prep advice and her stellar photographer, our listing really stood out on the market and sold the weekend it was listed, over asking, with multiple offers. We had a lot of drama on the buying side (including a house we adored but had to back out of after inspection), and MaryAlice masterfully helped navigate us through it all. We appreciate her professionalism, her honesty, her breadth of knowledge (from appraising to house mechanicals to neighborhoods and school districts, she knows her stuff!), and the amount of effort she puts in to really understanding her clients, what their needs are, and what they gravitate to (or are turned off by) when looking at a home. I worked with Mary on buying our first home and i like her willingness to help us out. I sold my house with MaryAlice and her team at The Minnesota Real Estate Team. My house was listed for 2 days and was extremely happy with offer received. I walked into the situation worried that it might be a short sale and it ended up being a standard sale. Closing went exactly as scheduled without any problems. MaryAlice did a tremendous amount of research on all of the offers received and allowed me to decide which offer to accept without any of the typical pressure you expect from realtors.
