When our mother passed away there was no doubt we would use Mary. She has a nice balance of being responsive without being intrusive. She knows the area and has many connections to assist in getting the home ready for sale. The market was slowing down when we put the house up for sale but Mary sold it within days of the listing. She works hard in the background and is an excellent communicator. Mary understands what is necessary to prepare the house for sale and what is Ok to let go. Mary was always respectful and sensitive to our needs. I can't recommend her enough. Absolutely no complaints.

Mary did a great job in assessing what needed to be done to ready our house for the market and brought in capable contractors to get the work done in a very timely fashion. With professional staging, photos and videos the house was well presented to potential buyers. The result was an offer above the listing price, even in the current down market. Mary is thorough, organized and a very pleasant person to work with. We made the right decision in hiring her team.

ZillowVERIFIEDMary Tan does not keep the sellers best interest in mind. After selling our house we found that she makes it difficult to show our home despite it being vacant and we having already moved out from the home. We only learned this after the fact and found she does this so that her 'team' can double end commissions and represent both the buyer and seller to make more in commission income while not actually trying to get a higher price for our home. I would not recommend if you are seeking someone honest to sell your house.
