Mary was a pleasure to work with she was able to get her home sold in a timely manner and was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns she's very knowledgeable and she made this experience very easy and less stressful

BEWARE of doing business with this real estate agent. She represented the buyer of our house that we put up for sale. We agreed to minor repairs and even pre-paid as a courtesy to her clients, however, did not want to have the repairs addressed until after settlement due to COVID19 concerns. She threatened to sue us. We found out that she never addressed this with with her clients who were perfectly fine with this arrangement. So she withheld details to her clients and caused unnecessary drama. She also would not release our $2,500 deposit associated with the 30 day leaseback both parties agreed to. She claimed that 1 of our outdoor faucets was not working and that we were not entitled to our $2,500 deposit being returned. We explained to her that the faucet was in working order as it was used to open the pool previously and that her clients were present during that specific pool opening. She still refused to release and we had to personally call her clients who told us that they were unaware of our deposit being withheld. Her clients immediately contacted the settlement company and released in full our deposit. This agent has a proven history of not disclosing critical details to her own clients while ruining a business transaction for others. She is an old school real estate agent that believes that the other side of a real estate deal is the enemy. She is what gives real estate agents a bad name. SHE IS UNETHICAL. I strongly urge anyone dealing with her as a seller or a buyer to stay clear!

Mary and her team are INCREDIBLE to work with! My wife and I were lucky enough to be paired up with Mary through Zillow in the process of buying our first home. We spent endless weekends with Mary driving around looking at houses, she was incredibly patient with us as well as gave us great advice. She sent us great listings that really matched our wants. As first time house purchasers Mary knew all the ins and outs of the process and was able to provide us with great information on the areas that we were shopping in. Mary has extensive experience in the area and told us some pretty cool historical facts as well! When we ended up seeing the home that we purchased, we sent Mary and email around 10PM the day before Valentines Day and she responded in minutes. The next day we toured our (future) home and were incredibly grateful for how quickly Mary and her team worked to get us in to tour the home. Mary can also provide FANTASTIC suggestions for lenders as well as closing companies. Mary (and Joy :)!) are your one stop for everything you need to purchase your first or next home! Another fun fact...Mary makes some of the best BBQ sauce that I have ever tasted, hands down. She wears many talented hats! I would recommend Mary to anyone and everyone who is buying or selling property!
