ZillowVERIFIEDI honestly cannot say enough things about Stephanie. Our number one absolute favorite thing was the communication. I'm just a few words, TOP TIER. I always felt comfortable asking any and all questions, which is a big deal! We began the process not knowing a single thing, and Stephanie walked us through everything. It was SUCH a relief to have someone like her guiding us. We ended up negotiating more than what we even realized we could in closing (with the listing agents help as well!) and we were so extremely satisfied with the outcome of our first home buying process! It was definitely stressful but I honestly dont think we couldve made it through without you ???? P.S. she will battle gopher/groundhogs while viewing potential homes, so thats a big bonus ??
