Its always scary hiring someone without knowing them but after reading about Marys credentials, she had the experience we were looking for. With the COVID crazy going on we only met in person once when she gave us a car tour of the area. After traveling back to WA, a house immediately came on the market that we fell in love with. We told Mary that this was the one. She didnt waste ANY time. She scheduled a walk through the next morning and sent us a dozen videos. She immediately submitted an offer for us, as there were showings that afternoon and the next day. We were on pins and needles! The seller accepted our offer that night - all within 24 hours. Mary was a rock star and she gave it 100% of her attention. And all through the closing process, she went the extra mile, meeting our inspectors for us, advising us, staying in constant communication and even doing a final Skype look through before we closed. And without even asking, she went back to the house after closing to adjust the temperature so the pipes didnt freeze. She was always looking out for us. I am so thankful we picked her to be our real estate agent, as she will be our agent for life!

We are seasoned military buyers as well as sellers with 18 homes under our belt so we know a great agent and Mary is great!!! She priced our home according to comps and sold it in 4 days for full price. She also handled our new home purchase which was effortless on our part. Mary took care of everything and even referred contractors for us. She is calm and listens to her customers every want. Mary understands the ins and outs of Realestate. She is available when you need her. Mary also has a wonderful broker that we were fortunate to meet at their local office. We highly recommend Mary for any Realestate need you may have.

Not knowing any realtors in Sierra Vista, AZ, I read many reviews and ended up asking Mary to list my house.
