When I sent an inquiry, on a Sunday afternoon, the owner Laura Walls called me with an hour to discuss what my needs and concerns were. Mary Ruth, our agent, and the entire Wall team did an unbelievable job. I would highly recommend them based on their professionalism, knowledge and experience, and their communication and attentiveness to the client. Having to move quickly, I was uncertain about using an agent or a buy-out company. When I initially met with Mary Ruth she showed me all my options for both- what my home should be worth and what was currently on the market similar to my home and area giving an idea of how marketable my home would be. While she did not discourage me from using a Buy-out company, she did re-assure me Walls could meet my needs and expectations for selling my home quickly for more money, and less frustration. After several days of contacting Buy-out companies and discovering all the disadvantages, I recontacted Mary Ruth. And the Wall team started to work. Within a week my home was listed- 12 showings that weekend and an offer provided and accepted in 6 days. Her projections and listing my home were spot on. HOW my house was placed on the market was impressive. Within that short time the listing itself, pictures, brochures and preparation clearly reflected a professional, experienced team approach. The work of the entire Walls team was amazing with good communication and very professional. The process from preparing to listing to closing of my home were handled by different parts of the Walls team- Ryan Reed and Sharon Hughes, while Mary Ruth remained in close contact. All communicated with me very clearly and timely. This team approach was seamless and phenomenal. While I have sold/bought other homes in the past, I have never encountered an experience as with the Walls team.
