My name is Mary Perham Nelson and I am an Associate Broker with eXp Realty. I service all of Southwest Michigan including the beautiful lake shore. I had an excellent experience with Mary. She was extremely responsive and did her best to communicate with me according to my preferences, both over the phone and in person. Once she had an firm understanding of what kind of home I was looking for, she was sending me quality homes to look at on a regular basis. Awesome experience with Mary, she is super sweet and always available (even for out late night concerns) but dont be fooled, shes not afraid at all to show her teeth if that way she can make lenders, title companies or anyone move faster in order to help your deal go through.
