As a first time home buyer I had many questions and several undesirable experiences as I began my search for the perfect home. Mary was a breath of fresh air and a saving grace as we battled with the loan officers, selling agents and contractors to finalize the purchase once the perfect home was finally found. Excellent Agent. We cold called her at 10am to see one of her properties the same day and she got us in @3pm. She was mild mannered, knew lots about the house, and was comfortable to discuss the property with. A local handy man who was retired, did excellent work, and was well priced, whom we could rely on to provide custom updates to the property if we wanted them.RESPONSIVENESS: As noted above, she was able to get us in the see the property with only a few hours notice.
