I had moved to Hawaii & the person living in my MI house had refused to move out wanting to buy it. Mary presented him with my price & he kept coming up with excuses to delay the process, which he never had the money to invest to start with. So we went through the eviction process, succeeded & Mary took care of all the expenses required to prep the house for the sale to be refunded to her upon the sale of the house. She actually found a buyer without even having to list the house at a very agreeable price for me. Mary went way above board in making the sale of my house happen without me even returning to MI. I highly recommend her expertise as a Realtor.
