ZillowVERIFIEDI was approached by Mary McQueen with a buyer to purchase my home and I contracted the home with this specific buyer. The Purchase Agreement was a "dual agency" agreement meaning both she and her staff would represent both parties. Everyone In Dos Vientos needs to avoid McQueen and Associates and the entire Brokerage Firm. Based upon personal experience, this firm demonstrated to break many fiduciary duties as a brokerage firm and real estate agents. Although many have been persuaded to contract with McQueen & Associates, I hope that after reading this review and take the time to interview other local agents in Dos Vientos, you has a consumer, potential Buyer or Seller will determine that this agency/ agents are not in your best interest. Specific facts that occurred: Purchase Agreement had Sellers Choice for Escrow, Agent gave Buyer Choices of Escrow without the knowledge of the Seller, Agent allowed Buyer to pick their own Title Company without the knowledge of the Seller. Agent did not send Addendum to Escrow resulting in Escrow Instructions to be incorrect. It seems based upon the facts that the Agent did everything to ensure the Buyer had their protection and not the Seller which is very disturbing.
