While looking at properties we were blessed with Mary as our Real Estate Agent. Even though we had not met before (we were referred by another agent from another company), Mary made sure we were taken care of, and it did feel like we were her only clients. That's how much attention to detail and dedication Mary has. She helped us find a "quiet spot in the country" like we wanted, and then made sure our dream home became a reality. Mary made sure we were in the loop, and she pressed our builders for updates and information when needed. Mary also set up a walk through of another house being built that was similar to ours. I'm definitely glad she was on our side. As the build dragged past the expected completion date, Mary kept us upbeat and focused on our new home. Mary was available at any time, and was at every meeting with the builder, every milestone, and sat with us during the closing. Even though the Sale was already completed, Mary attended our New Home Blessing. She didn't have to but she went the extra mile. I wish all of the professionals I dealt with took so much ownership and pride in the work they do. Easy to say Mary could teach them all a thing or two about making the customer is satisfied.
