Mary Lynn was dynamic. She got my house sold in a few weeks! She handled every challenge head on. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process in selling & buying houses. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Talk with a lender and get pre-approved before going out to look. You want to be looking in the price range that you're approved for and not fall in love with something you cannot afford. This also allows you to act quickly when you find the right property.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Talk with your trusted realtor about your plans for listing. If you can, be prepared for the agent to suggest improvements that may need to be made before the listing. Work with your realtor on coordination of the timing for the listing as well.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with first-time buyers, clients looking to upgrade their house because their families are growing, clients looking to downsize due to changing family size, and those relocating to the area for work or moving to another location in the country and selling the property here first.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I had a client relocating for a job to the area. We toured many properties Offered on a few but were outbid. We toured one property that we kept going back to. Finally, after a few months went back to this house again and the clients realized this was the house for them, The offer was accepted, worked through the process to get to closing they are very happy and have started a family there too.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have always loved real estate and had the suggestion from a fellow agent who was my agent when I was buying that maybe this would be a good transition for me as my life and availability were changing. I took the advice and couldn't be happier.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am a licensed Realtor. I have earned my e_Pro, ABS, and Certified Negotiation Expert certifications to further broaden my expertise and knowledge for my clients and myself.
