Could not have asked for more.The home sold in 9 days. We were out of state and there was a minor repair needed on the house. They found a repair man and took care of it for us. Then when the home closed they deposited our check into our account for us to avoid the wait of mail time.

I bought a property in NC while I was in NJ. While I was visiting the area, she showed me around town and really listened to my needs. She kept sending me ads in the months before I was ready to move. When we found a property months later (April 2020), I was having issues contacting my lender. She helped me find a new lender instantly. That very night we put in an offer and they explained to me on a 3 way call what the terms of the offer meant. Mary Lou went above and beyond connecting the pieces for me while I was in NJ. She helped me find lawyers, inspectors, and even let in workers to measure my room for carpet while I was in NJ. She has an excellent heart in this industry and an even more impressive work ethic! She knows the local market so well and I consider myself lucky to have worked with her.
