The house was older, probably built in the 60's. Therefore, it did not have some things that current buyers like, such as an open concept. However, she didn't let that discourage her at all. She saw things that she liked and was truly excited about them . I so appreciated her positive and energetic attitude. She immediately held an open house and kept me informed.
