I was very particular with what I wanted in a home. She was patient and I never felt rushed. When I bought the home, the market was crazy. Irene was able to negotiate a good deal. I was supposed to pay my closing costs at first but by the time I was closing she had negotiated and the seller paid closing costs. She is very personable and easy to get along with.
