We are so happy with our new home and she jumped right thru the hoops with us in selling our old place where our neighborhood had gone downhill and then buying the place of our dreams. It was a slim window for opportunity and we wouldnt be where we are now if it wasnt for her.

It was a very odd property and she had some excellent advice around a few small changes to help it sell and she was spot on. The pricing was perfect and the house had multiple offers within a few weeks (which is saying a lot... again it was an odd property out in the country). We are looking to sell another property and my biggest regret is that we cant use Mary Ellen since its out of state. Best agent Ive ever worked with.
