She walked us through the update process to make the house more attractive to potential buyers, pointing out exactly what needed upgrading and what didn't, even suggesting specific materials and products to use. She also has relationships with numerous contracting companies that provided the needed upgrades and repairs at a reasonable price. The house was listed at a challenging time of year for sales, yet it was under contract in a couple weeks. The negotiation process went extremely well, mostly because of Mary's abilities in that area, she knows what to push and what not to.
