Review When my mother and I met Linda we had talked with many other agents, none whom we were prepared to commit to when it came to making such a serious financial and emotional decision. Linda asked us a lot of questions about our goals. We knew that she truly wanted the best for us when we started asking about locations outside of her area of expertise. With our personality styles and goals in mind, she interviewed other agents and directed us to one who would suit us best in that area. While that agent was also helpful, our path eventually lead us back to Linda when the home of a listing that she had shown us previously offered a price reduction. Our negotiations were smooth and she and her team provided us with resources to answer questions as we conducted our thorough due diligence. Everyone involved was proactive, professional and even fun to work with. I should add that I also own a home in Philadelphia. Still having our best interests in mind, Linda connected us with another successful team down there. We had our buyer within 24 hours. I highly recommend Linda and the Mary Dwyer Team and even buying or selling real estate during the Fall and Winter market. It's so nice to not be surrounded by tons of competition!

Review From the moment we met with Linda and Mary Dwyer, we knew we'd be in good hands. They listened to us well and they guided us with expertise. We knew our home was not a style that would appeal to a wide buyer pool. Together, we decided to target market to the buyers that would appreciate the unique features in our home. They advised on the preparations prior to putting our house on the market as well as staging for the professional photography that would best highlight each room. Linda held a Grande Open House with extended hours and plenty of signs and balloons, drawing in traffic from several different areas. Our buyer appeared at that Open House and proceeded to submit an offer quickly. They qualified the buyer and we moved on with the transaction. Once we received a reply to inspections, we knew what our choices were and while not optimal, we proceeded to move forward with our goal in mind. Linda was proactive and always available for questions. Her goal was our peace of mind. (They even included a home warranty for our vintage appliances, and more, while our home was on the market. Our costs were already going toward the repairs agreed to during inspections and they wanted to protect us from the unexpected.) From start... to a 17 minute settlement (signing a deed packet is the way to go!) we felt cared for personally and professionally. Review Mary, Amie, and their team did a great job with our home sale and we were very satisfied with the overall process and results! From the start, Mary represented the company and their process in simple steps that we can understand. Here are some highlights: 1) Their documentation is all electronic, which makes things very efficient. They sent multiple reminders to ensure we don't fall prey to any sort of phishing scam. 2) They are prompt in their response whether it is a phone call, text message, or an in-person meeting. 3) They sent a professional photographer to take our home pictures. This was a huge benefit when you compare the pictures of other homes that you see online. Our home pictures came out outstanding. I believe this makes a big difference. 4) They were more confident with our home sale then we were. And Mary constantly gave us the confidence to ease our anxiety. 5) Mary made some great decisions to strategically schedule Open House sessions for our home (not just one, but multiple - based on the sense and feedback from each session adjusting the frequency and keeping up interest and momentum). 6) During the inspection report negotiations, Mary was prompt and helped a lot getting the right contractor(s) in the house for further assessment and getting a report sent out to the buyer whether it was to push back on their request with justification or conforming and negotiating with their request with justification. The whole process ended on a positive note. We got an offer in less than 3 weeks and settled the home in 2-3 months from the time it went on market.

Review Selling a house and moving 3,000 miles is always hard. Factor in that you, your friends, and your family worked night and day to make your 70 year old cape feel new, modern, and a reflection of you, then its even harder to aEURoelet goaEUR?. Luckily after going through a couple of realtors that didnt have the same vision as me, Rachel Fitts and the Mary Dwyer Team sold my house like true professionals. They staged, they sent a professional photographer, they jumped through hoops with our relo company, and most importantly,they saw the value of what we had created in my home. After the one and only open house we sold for OVER asking, and had 3 back up families. My realtor created such a hype over the open house that we had a record breaking amount of people to show up. Review We bought a new house and sold our existing house with Amie and Mary. We were looking for an ideal house for almost 2 years. Both of them were very patient with us during our search. They were very prompt and quick in getting appointments for the showings. When we were placing an offer, they were pro-active with getting the offer out to the buyer. We finally settled on a house after 2 years of searching and they were pretty good in negotiating a good deal for the house. They took care of everything and also recommended the right people for the mortgage needs. When it came to selling ours, the house was sold in less than 3 days.
