I would recommend Mary to buy or sell with and I would definitely consider a home she is listing. 1. She guided us in the right direction for improvements without taking away our agency/autonomy or the uniqueness of the home. 2. Our plans kept changing; even after we listed the home. Mary's incredible flexibility to delist and wait until it was the right time for us kept us calm during a complicated time. 3. Mary's openness to feedback and acting on it with no ego earned our utmost respect. 4. As did her patience with a difficult vendor and some interesting buyers/agents. Don't be fooled by her soft-spoken, gentle ways; she can be firm when she needs to and commands action from her collaborators. 5. Knowing the diligence with which she goes to market, we would trust buying a home she lists too. Preparing very thorough home improvements inventory etc felt painful but it was worthwhile so all parties could rest assured of quality and integrity. 6. Mary's (extended team): Kudos to Mallory's digital skills. Highly recommend their staging partner, Syndy. Michaela at Orange Coast title team is super responsive and patient, during stressful time and process. Our family calls her Mary Poppins for all these great reasons. She is practical(ly) perfect (and patient).

There are not enough words to describe how lucky we feel to have partnered with Mary in our home search. She is by far the best buyer's agent I have ever worked with, and we have worked with quite a few. We couldn't be happier with the process, experience, and results!
