If you are serious about selling your home Mary Bosio is the realtor for you. Mary walked us through selling our home, step by step. She left no question unanswered, and took little to no time answering our questions. If she didn't have an immediate answer, she had one within a very short time. Mary was extremely helpful letting us know how to get our home ready to sell. She answered every one of our questions with respect, no matter how trite. Mary was not afraid to chip in, helping to rearrange, detail and generally make our home look its best. She pointed out what may have made our home look cluttered, rooms look smaller than they actually were, and/or areas that needed freshening up. She helped us best showcase our home's unique features. She's honest and pulls no punches, but is kind, understanding and respectful. Mary never left us in the dark about process. She developed a timeline for showing, selling, and moving. We always knew what needed to be done, and when. Mary contacted us often, we were never left wondering what was going on. Mary helped my brother and myself sell our mom's house. We both live 3 hours from Neenah so it was important to have a helpful, knowledgable local broker to help us. Mary excelled in all areas. What was a long process for us to clean out the house was made easier thanks to Mary's connections and her energy. She connected us with someone to help take stuff to Goodwill, with someone to help sort through stuff, with someone to clean, with painters, carpet cleaners and helped suggest options for places to donate all the furniture. Towards the end she went as far as moving out a couple mattresses that no one would take by herself. She did not go overboard in having us prepare the house for sale. We paid for some improvements, but decided it made sense not to do other things. That balance was appreciated. When it came time to list the property, Mary had extensive and recent experience in our neighborhood. It was clear she had the knowledge and judgement to price the house appropriately. In my opinion the final sale reflected that we didn't list too high or too low which is not easy to do. I'd definitely recommend Mary to sellers of homes in her area.

Mary has been an outstanding agent. She got our house sold and was very patient, polite and responsive throughout the process.
