Bottom Line Up Front The Beam Team knows what they are doing and they care! They put in the time to make you feel important. They put your concerns at the forefront and they are incredibly easy to work with. Our experience with Mary and Nathan As an active duty military family, our ability to view and purchase a home while in a different state is limited. When we were notified that we were moving to California we called at least eight relators that we can remember. Some of them seemed like they knew the area, some of them seemed like they had no idea what was going on and some of them did not return our calls after an initial conversation. We finally got to Mary and there was no comparison. We talked online, over text message and over the phone. She instantly knew how the military operated and gave us a suggested purchase window according to our arrival date. She then began to walk us through every step of the way answering our repeated questions, addressing our concerns and getting back to us with incredible expediency! When it came time to look at homes, we did not have the ability to travel from Louisiana to California to view a home that we may not purchase. Mary assured us this was not a problem. We picked two homes that we liked and Nathan went out on site to do a recorded video walk through of the home. He then used Facetime to answer our questions and expand on what we saw in the video and what he saw and experienced. These interactions cemented them as our preferred relators. It is important to note that I was at training through the last leg of our purchase. This meant that our time zones were different and our schedules were not in sync. Mary and Nathan took turns addressing issues and clearing up information that had nothing to do with their part of selling a home. A case in point is that we had several issues with our lender that they helped clear up which wound up saving us several thousand dollars! As first-time home buyers, we had no idea that purchasing a home had so many moving parts. We were very blessed to have found Mary and Nathan Beam. They made the experience simple, made us comfortable and most importantly, they know what they are doing and they care. We happily recommend them to anyone, especially military families.
