I'm not an experienced real estate buyer or seller, but I can't imagine a transaction being any better. Stephanie found many good properties to look at, included the ones I found, and set up a very good tour in a matter of about three days. As there aren't many houses on the market speed was of the essence. When we found the home I purchased we cut the tour short, went to her office and put in an offer. We were first to make an offer, and it was for the listed price plus seller paid closing costs. I believe our offer would not have been accepted if it did not get submitted when and how we did it. After getting the offer acceptance Stephanie continued to be very responsive to my rookie questions and concerns and took me through the process without any hiccups. The appraisal came in short and Stephanie was able to negotiate a reduced purchase price that still included seller paid closing costs.
