We purchased our home from MaryAnne. She also helped us sell the home we had. She is an expert in making sure your existing home is staged and priced to sell. I know it is the exception, but the first day we had 4 showing the first day. The next day, it went into a 3-way bidding war. Without her help, this would not have been possible.
