1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with one agent who is knowledgeable in the Neighborhood you want to live in. Work with a buyer agent who represents your interest only. Not the sellers interest.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get a professional market analysis prepared by an agent who is knowledgeable in your neighborhood. Do not rely on automated valuation models to price your home. And experienced agent who does a physical inspection of your home would be able to provide you with the proper market value.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers and sellers who are motivated to reach the end goal which is a successful transaction with professionalism and ease.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Most recent transaction where I represented the seller who also needed to buy another home. This is also a always a stressful transaction for all involved. Experience counts, Navigating this type of transaction requires patience and diligence. The transaction went smoothly on both ends.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have a financial background. I found the confines of an office not to be to my liking. I purchased an investment property and the agent suggested I got to get my real estate license.

Masters of real estate. Licensed real estate appraiser.
