She knows the area and was excellent in responding to question (sometimes odd and dumb) that I had. She provided me with references for inspections/mortgage information/etc. but also made it clear that I should look around as well to make sure I find the best person for my liking. I couldnt ask for anything more. Although I disliked the process of everything (which is completely out of her or any single persons control) she made it as easy as she could. She was available when I needed her.I would definitely recommend her for help buying a home, and Im sure she would be great at selling although for that I cant comment. Maybe in 10 years!

Mary always set up visits whether it was in Roxborough or Chester Springs. She was extremely patient with us (we looked for over a year) and when we got serious again she found us a home in about 2 weeks.
