Sorry this is a little long but Josie was AMAZING and this does not even do her enough justice, we recommend her to everyone, she will not disappoint you! Josie was our selling agent and then buying agent for the following property. Josie is very well connected and worked her butt off for us! After an initial unsuccessful attempt at selling our house in 2017 with a different company, Josie came in sold it in about 30 days and had us moving into our new property one week after that. Selling a home and buying a new one is already a very stressful process, doing it with a pregnant wife in the 2nd trimester adds on even more stress, yet Josie was always very professional and patient with us, she helped ease our minds and take away a lot of the stress in the entire process.
