1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Speak with a Realtor who has prepared a buyer's presentation for you during your initial consultation; have questions prepared for your Realtor. Know that the Realtor and Lender are two separate people.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Your home should be pre-inspected and repaired prior to placing it on the market. You should have a professional photographer take pictures of your home. Assist the REaltor with the wording of your home for the MLS
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types; married, single, young, middle-aged, senior citizens, military
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am currently working with a Senior Citizen who knows exactly what she is looking for with purchasing her first home. We have an excellent line of communication. She has been following my advice and I am listening to her needs.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After retiring from the military, I decided to become a Realtor. A career in which I am still able to help people all over the globe to fulfil their goals.
