I started my real estate career in 1999 and retired from Paramedic/Firefighter in 2000 I opened my own company Marty Loveday & Associates which is now TN Real Estate & Auction. I have been providing real estate and auction services for the Sevier County Tennessee and the surrounding East Tennessee area including The Great Smoky Mountains for over 20 years. With 3 offices now we cover the East Tennessee area and Licensed in The State of Tennessee. Darlene was great to work with from start to finish. She first helped us to find a home that met all of our family's needs at a fair price. She walked us through the entire purchasing process and the closing went great. We then used Darlene to sell our house. She helped us set a fair price, did all the advertisements and had a buyer for us in three days! The closing went smoothly and she kept us informed throughout the entire process.
