Look until you are totally satisfied with the home you want to purchase. Know the contract you are signing. Get your pre approval done and with a lender who is quick to respond 7 days a week. That is really important in the beginning stages of a contract.

Listen to what the agent says about your probable sale price. Get a few opinions but go with the one you think you will fit well with. They are your closest ally during this process so you need to be comfortable with their communication skills.
