Community Involvement
Giving back to my community has always been a priority. I proudly served as President of the **Burbank Association of REALTORS(R) (BAOR)** for two consecutive years and have been an active member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, I have been deeply involved with the **Burbank Service Foundation** (formerly the Burbank Association Community Service Foundation), which supports local organizations and provides scholarships to Burbank High School students. These scholarships, paid directly to colleges, help students with tuition and books, ensuring they have the resources to pursue higher education. I am passionate about making a positive impact in Burbank and beyond!
HOBBIES/INTEREST
When I'm not helping clients getting ready to sell or find their dream homes, you'll often find me in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and cooking up delicious meals for family and friends. I love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking scenic trails, feeling the sand between my toes at the beach, or simply soaking in nature. My furry babies (dogs) are my heart, and I cherish every moment with them! I also enjoy curling up with a good movie and exploring new places. Life is all about experiences, and I love making the most of every moment!
FAMILY
Family is everything to me! I have been blessed with two amazing daughters and a wonderful son--not by blood, but by love. He is my daughters' brother, and I cherish him as my own. Our home is also filled with love (and a little bit of playful chaos!) thanks to our four adorable dogs, ranging from a tiny 9 lbs to a big, lovable 80 lbs. They bring so much joy and laughter to our lives! We love to travel, explore new places, and spend quality time together with game nights and adventures. I am truly grateful for the beautiful life we share!

If you want buying a home to be easy, stress-free, and fun, AND you want to end up with the most perfect home you could ever imagine...GO WITH RACHEL DIANA! There is not one thing I would change about my home-buying experience, and my husband and I look at each other at least once a day and say "I love our house!" (I'm serious. We really do that!). Rachel immediately understood what was important to us (2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and no pool) and we bought the first house she showed us. REALLY. And not because we are THAT easy to please! We did about a month's worth of renovations to make it our style, and by the way Rachel referred us to almost every vendor we used (and they were all great!). She saw the bones of our house and knew with a little love it would be perfect for us - now THAT'S a realtor. Since this is our first home, my husband and I required a lot of hand-holding throughout the process - and Rachel was always available to us if we had any questions at all. Not only is she knowledgable, but she is a true pleasure to be around. So yes, I recommend her - you would be crazy not to.

I selected Media West Realty, Rachel was my realtor and the best realtor in Los Angeles. She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what I was looking for. Marty is great! I was traveling during the transaction and she went above and beyond to make sure the sale continued to progress in my absence. Can a house sale fall through at closing?

In California, a home sale can fall through at closing, but there are significant legal and financial consequences for the seller if they back out without a valid reason. Once both parties have signed the purchase agreement, the contract is legally binding. If the seller tries to back out at the last minute, even at the closing table, they could be in breach of contract.
