1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We went on a listing appointment last month and these sellers thought they knew how much their house was worth because of knowing what all need to be fixed around the house. Well little did they know when we arrived, we would point out all the things WE felt they should repair and what needed to be done for great curb appeal. We gave them a vendor list and assisted them to get these things done prior to listing the home. Well to their surprise the costs of repairs came out to 10k and they got 50k more then they expected.
