Martina is phenomenal! She goes the extra mile for her clients. She is open and honest, super knowledgeable, communicative, waste no time. We were living in NY and couldnt be at the house inspections or down for all signings. She went and made sure the inspections were being done and was our voice. And helped us do electronic document signing for what we could do not in person.

FIRST DAY, FIRST PERSON, aEUR|SOLD! If youre looking for RESULTS, MARTINA is your person! Shes professional, shes immediately responsive, but most of allaEUR| she knows her market and if you work with her you WILL benefit from her expertise! I have to admit I was skeptical when she told me what my home was worth, and I told her I would rather list a little lower and get it sold than to wait and then have to lower my asking price, but she came back with comps and other pertinent info to provide proof that she knew the correct value of my home. She said she was looking out for my best interest and didnt want me leaving money on the table, but would do whatever I wanted her to do. She gained my trust, and then she proceeded to utilize her best marketing strategies and aEUR|.BANG! I received multiple offers in the first couple of days! The entire process was a breeze. Martina made it that way. If youre selling your house, look no further. You have found the best person for the job! :)

You will not find a more caring or detailed realtor. We used Martina to buy our home and 5 years later sell. She was amazing every step of the way.
