About Martin Stark

I have lived in Lumberton since 1994 after serving as a Paratrooper with the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg. Since that time, I have dedicated myself to a very diversified career in real estate. My real estate background includes residential and commercial sales and brokerage, leasing and actively managing both residential and commercial rental property, as well as managing a team of professional real estate agents and property managers. Furthermore, I have built an extensive portfolio by being an aggressive real estate investor. I have purchased and renovated many distressed homes, and have developed both residential and commercial new construction in the Lumberton area. My team and I have the experience, track record, and integrity needed to provide my clients with the highest level of real estate expertise. I have served my community in several roles to include, Board of Directors with the Lumberton Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as with the Kiwanis of Robeson County. I have served as part of the pilot program which helped Lumberton gain recognition as the first Certified Retirement Community in North Carolina, and as President of the Lumberton Board of REALTORs. I enjoy living and doing business in Lumberton and raising my family with my wife, and our three sons.

Martin listed our house and sold it in 24 hours. But that is not why I'd recommend him. He is a committed professional, He has knowledge in all areas of the market, financing, rehabilitation and remodeling and new home construction.
