Carolyn assisted us in selling our manufactured home on 1.25 acres in Surprise as well as purchasing a home in Sun City West. These are totally different types of property but Carolyn had a great deal of knowledge and experience that expedited the process on both buying and selling. She responded very promptly to any questions or concerns we had. If she didn't know the answer right away for a particular situation, she researched it and presented the options to us. We had a few unexpected situations that arose which normally would have made me crazy, but Carolyn's confidence in solving the problems made it a much less stressful experience.
