Martha is incredibly knowledgeable not only about the market but about the workings of the houses she helps you sell or buy. She helped us sell a property that had numerous quirks and challenges, and guided our sale to completion with extremely difficult buyers. Martha demonstrated perseverance, patience, boundary-setting as well as advocacy for our interests throughout the process. Martha is the best! Since the first contact we fell in love with her, its hard to put in words but we deeply felt that she loves what she does and was willing to really listen and help us to figure out what even ourselves didn't know back them. She never made us feel uncomfortable or in a rush and helped us every step of the way. And when we say every step it means EVERY STEP, she definitely went above and beyond her responsibilities with the genuine intention to help us since it was our first time buying a house in USA. Although we've been living abroad since 2015 in different countries/cities we had never purchased a house outside our home country, and we couldn't have done without her support, we will be forever grateful for had found her. She is an extremely knowledgeable professional, its really impressive how much she knows about the market, the cities and neighborhoods. She helped us to check pros and cons of each house, and when at the end of the day we asked something that she didn't know, we would end up receiving a phone call or text message later with links, contacts or whatever needed to give us answers (keep in mind that we as foreigner had "zillions" questions from school district to tax or retirement hehehe). Martha was the perfect realtor for us. She has a few years under her belt and is therefore calm, practical, and nonplussed by the myriads of little intrusions that occur with every real estate transaction. She had a good feel for the market and adjusted on the fly to an ever-changing landscape, allowing us to sell on time for the appropriate amount. She was always available by text or phone and knew everyone so that we quickly could get contractors that did quality work for a reasonable $. Moreover, she would meet the contractors at our home, let them in and lock up after. This was invaluable since we took a vacation and she was able to keep the work going. In short, a great realtor, a great person, and a consummate professional.

I recently moved into my new condo that Martha patiently helped me find. She helped me sell my former unit in one weekend - Fathers Day weekend yet - and has been there with me every step of the way through both buying and selling.
