My wife and I had been actively looking for a second home in N Ga for two years. We had had conversations with several realtors during that time but settled in on Ga Mtn Living Realty and Martha Hernandez about a year ago. Martha was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. After a few months she said she had an agent (Valorie Price) who lived in the Blue Ridge / Ellijay area and knew the region very well and thought she would be just who we needed to find that special place. I rarely write reviews. I'm either too busy or I really wasnt all that impressed with the person I was dealing with. Not the case with Martha! I dont even know where to start. To begin with, she almost always answers her phone. Day or night. Weekday or Weekend. I needed a realtor who was not intimidated with the legal issues involved. As a lawyer I was impressed with how quickly she learned about The Land Trust and my role as Trustee to my Mothers property. She offered to reduce her fee without my needing to ask. Who does that? Martha has been in the real estate business for 30 years and it showed. Theres just no substitute for experience. Ive dealt with many realtors through the years. Ive never used the same realtor twice. I will be making an exception next time. Ive already told Martha that our paths will cross again. Its just a matter of time.
