I have been in the insurance business for 40 years dealing with Real Estate Agents on a daily basis and never have I come across more professional, friendly and caring Agent than Ginger and her entire Team. They were always one step ahead throughout the entire process and made everything extremely easy for us. Ginger was very straightforward with her opinions and recommendations and at no time did we feel like she was trying to say what we wanted to hear. ZillowVERIFIEDAt our first meeting, Mark was great about telling me how the house would be marketed, as well as letting me know what I could expect to run into with selling an older home (from out of state). The team approach to the process was amazing! I was on email with Teresa in the office frequently; she and Mark coordinated with me on the work that needed to be done and who would do it at what cost. They took care of getting the workers into the gated community, Mark made sure the work was done correctly, and they kept track of payments to workers so nothing got missed. Other team members helped with the sale documents very professionally. All through the process, I felt that I was in good hands and that I could trust their work and their judgement. I would certainly use their services again, if the opportunity came up.

Each step was painless (from listing to pictures to closing). They even went the extra mile to schedule pictures around our packing and yard work and made trips to the house (after we moved out of town) to ensure it was ready for closing.
