Very Rude. She didn't communicate with her Seller she's representing. We were suppose to close and she didn't provide the repair work to her Seller, didn't give them the contract papers we all signed until I ( The buyer) Gabe the sellers the contract, because they came to me asking for my realtors number so thier lender could get information from my Realtor instead of thiers. They pushed the contract 10 days out. Then because they were giving the proper documentation, I incured $420.00 In interest for another 30 days on contract so the seller could buy the house they've been waiting on.... very aggravating process. Martha needs to retire. Not very happy how she gave me a lot of interest for closing. Great Job Martha! You arent very beneficial to the realtor career. She is very Rude. Told my Realtor some very Harsh things in text message and was treating me the buyer and the Realtor like we were children because I wanted to close on time. She's not reliable. DO NOT USE HER

It may be time for ol? Martha to hang it up. Literally a nightmare to work with. Lie after lie. SO rude. Did nothing when the seller removed a large shed from the property. Agent and seller acted like I knocked on the door and said I?d like to buy this house as if it wasn?t in the market. Did everything in their power to back out as if the property hadn?t been sitting for 4 months from list to close. Had I not fallen in love with the house and neighborhood, she would have gotten her wish and I would have walked away simply because of her and her character. This does not reflect Keller Williams of Bartlesville, other agents there are pleasant and smart. 0/10.

Called about a couple of houses. She never followed through after asking for our wish list. We ended up using a different realtor at a different firm. Would never recommend the firm Martha is with!

Sold a house for me and she went above and beyond to get it sold. Also went looking with me finding another one to buy. Stayed cool and collected thru a difficult closing and got it done. Very professional and fun to be around. Always cheery and uplifting. Would recommend her for your job.
