Marta Swierc was a godsend. I can not say enough good things about her. The selling of my house was a little more complicated with having work done on it, and living out of state. When I say this girl went above and beyond I truly mean it. From the number of times she stopped at my property to ensure that things were going to plan, to the connections she had in the community to help prep the house for sale was remarkable. Need a new garage door? She had a guy for that, new carpet, has a guy for that as well as many other things. They people she works with. were all professional, quick, and very reasonably priced. As for Marta herself, her communication was impeccable my life is pretty busy so I didn't have the luxury of communicating during what most would consider normal business hours. Whether it was a early morning call or a late afternoon she was always there and able to put my mind at ease with everything. I had used a different realtor when I had initially bought the property in 2019 and it was a little bit more of a hassle than I had anticipated. This go around with selling though was not the case. I attribute that directly to Marta, her knowledge of real estate, her professionalism, and the team she has surrounding her. I ended up getting more from the sale of my property than I initially anticipated and it sold faster than I would have imagined.
