I hired Marta to represent me as a buyer in a 'For Sale By Owner' sale. I knew that the people would be very difficult to deal with, so I hired Marta to represent my interests, as I did not have the stomach for it. Marta had previously listed and sold some acreage for me so I was well aware of her dedication and negotiation skills.
