ZillowVERIFIEDUnprofessional, no communication worked basically for the buyer which was from another agent in the office. all concessions were given to the buyer was supposed to close on 17 May didnt close until 28 May when funds were deposit and close date was put on record. Original paperwork was 22 May buyers moved in for memorial weekend with no compensation to me. The seller poor transaction shouldve been treated with respect, but wasnt would never recommend Marshall to anyone.
