Unprofessional, no communication worked basically for the buyer which was from another agent in the office. all concessions were given to the buyer was supposed to close on 17 May didnt close until 28 May when funds were deposit and close date was put on record. Original paperwork was 22 May buyers moved in for memorial weekend with no compensation to me. The seller poor transaction shouldve been treated with respect, but wasnt would never recommend Marshall to anyone.

I wish I could give more stars. Working with Marshall was the single best experience I've had with a realtor. My personal transaction was a bit complicated; I had to sell a fixer-upper in order to buy a new home, and he made the whole process easier with his knowledge of both processes and his excellent communication. I was also looking specifically for a home to accommodate multigenerational needs, and he found the perfect property. The most striking thing is how he actively listens, sincerely wanting to know what the client wants.
