We were a long distance customer,before we physically met Marsha Wallace she had researched all the things we were looking for! After our first meeting she really got aggressive for us,finding the perfect home in the right location.She did so much for us above and beyond her job,from beginning to even currently she is our go to realtor and friend!

Marsha was just fantastic at helping me find my new home in Fayetteville. I was in Oregon at the time and needed an agent. She handled everything, from finding my home, to warning about others. I am so thankful we found Marsha when we did. We had just moved here, didn't know anyone or the areas, and we were having a horrible time trying to purchase a house, because as soon as they came up for sale, they were gone. A realtor we were working with before Marsha wouldn't do the work to help us, she was always busy. In this market, you need someone like Marsha to act fast. I'm so thankful we ended up going with Marsha after all the craziness to find a house with the other realtor. Not only does Marsha know all the areas, but she's so knowledgeable and helpful with everything detail. When you're moving here from another state with kids.... it's very stressful. She helped us with every aspect... school district, movers, ect. She'll tell you the good and the bad of every property, so there's no surprises. Marsha has gone above and beyond to assist me with finding a home in NWA. She was wonderfully attentive to my requests and listened to my needs. She not only facilitated in my home purchase but helped me make contact to local services to get work done on my home ahead of me being there. She has a such a charming personality and really cares.
