She doesn't return calls and was 45 minutes late to a showing, our first, and failed to call to let us know!! I'm sorry I even gave her a small amount of my time, totally a waste. We need someone who is willing to explain the process and really help us make buying our first house special. She, and her staff, could care less. Don't recommend for anything!
