We recently contacted Tom for an out of state purchase. We live in Colorado and our daughter will be going to school in Topeka. We were interested in a particular property and met with Tom at that location. It was not in one of the better areas, and when we asked Tom, he was very upfront. He advised us that if this was his daughter, he would not look in this area.
