Marsha was absolutely amazing! She was very professional yet at the same time very personable! She and Tom both helped me through my home buying experience here in the Topeka and surrounding area. We recently contacted Tom for an out of state purchase. We live in Colorado and our daughter will be going to school in Topeka. We were interested in a particular property and met with Tom at that location. It was not in one of the better areas, and when we asked Tom, he was very upfront. He advised us that if this was his daughter, he would not look in this area. We had limited time, but he took us to another area to anther property and immediately I felt better about the entire situation. Tom has guided us and has gone above and beyond the sale. He is superb, and I cant thank him enough for not only his professionalism, but also with his personal ethics outside of a simple real estate transaction. He cares about you as an individual. Cant thank him enough!
