Working with Marsha was an excellent experience from start to finish. We needed to sell our land from out of state, and we knew we needed someone with local experience to help us reach our goals. Marsha was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had ideas to reach potential buyers, and when we began to receive (multiple!) offers, she provided advice on how to move forward. Our land was listed in winter and we weren't expecting to sell for a few months. Marsha posted our property the day after we signed our contract, there were multiple showings that same weekend, and the following week we received multiple competitive offers and accepted one - all within one week of the initial listing date!
