My experience with Marnie was excellent. It was my first time buying a condo, and Marnies experience in the search process and her knowledge of the local market made my search easier. A lot of local condo buildings are currently underinsured due to excessive hurricane insurance costs, and most lenders are reluctant to make a mortgage for condos in these buildings, but Marnie was able to find a local lender who was willing to finance underinsured condos, including the unit I ended up buying. I would highly recommend her to someone looking for a home on Oahu.

We feel so fortunate that we found Marnie! She is the capable and versatile realtor that we needed to guide us through the sale of a family member's Kaneohe condominium. Due to years of neglect, an extensive renovation of the unit was required. Marnie set us up with a Home Revitalization Loan, which provided us with funds for the project. Then, because we live in another state, she took over as a combination construction manager and interior designer, directing numerous workers and ensuring that the all jobs were done correctly. Marnie was always available and communicated with us regularly, so we felt confident that good progress was being made. Once completed and staged, the beautifully refurbished condo sold within two weeks for the full asking price. She forwarded all necessary documents so that closing the deal was very straightforward. From beginning to end, we were very satisfied with the skill and attention that Marnie provided and can't say enough good things about her. We highly recommend her for your real estate sale needs.
