Nancy is the best! She was recommended to us by a friend who had relocated to the Baltimore area, as we were doing the same! Nancy was the perfect realtor to help us find and finally purchase a new home. First, she was extremely patient, as we are very particular and we took a very long time to choose our dream home. Even after many months of looking (over a year!), she never allowed us to attend an open house on our own: she accompanied us every time.She was incredibly responsive. Whatever questions we had, she pursued the answers. Whatever info we needed (BGE costs for example), she immediately produced. That's because Nancy is very high energy. Nancy also puts everything into her clients. You feel as though all her attention is on you. We interviewed other realtors before we hired Nancy, and just getting them to call us back for a phone interview was difficult. It felt with other realtors as though one would just be one of many. Not so with Nancy. She gives you all of her attention, and promptly.Nancy also accomplished some amazing things. She got an owner to show us a house that we just found on the street and admired. It wasn't even on the market or about to go on the market!She got us into several open houses on the very first day. Not only that, but she got us into several houses BEFORE they officially went on the market!Nancy is also a great resource generally. She provided names of workpeople- who proved to be excellent- to address home repairs for the house that we were selling in order meet the home inspector's action list.Finally, when we found our house, Nancy made sure everything was in place for the closing, staying on top of the title company and us, reminding us to make sure that certain minor details ( like wiring money to the title company) were not overlooked.Most of all, Nancy is very warm and a pleasure to spend time with. We highly recommend her as a realtor- and as a person!
