I cannot imagine another realtor out there being more knowledgeable, hardworking, and patient (with our elderly & sometimes feisty mom, as well as with our inexperience with the process). Jennifer not only helped me save a deal from falling through during my purchase back in June (reasonably helped bridge the communication gap with another realtor to avoid procurement), but she also sold the condo for me 4 months later and I still came out with a profit! I also gave Jennifer my word back in June if I ever decided to sell, she would be my first point of contact and I kept my word because I knew she was going to be the best realtor to work with.
