She has a really good feel for who would make ideal tenants, counseling the landlord about those things that we might overlook. Due to my home being away from Hartford, I needed someone to manage my property, and I asked Marlyn to help me with this also. She has proven invaluable in this respect, as she will field the concerns of the tenant, and try her utmost to help resolve any matters big or small.
