ZillowVERIFIEDWe were referred to Marlene Ott by a friend. Our family had relocated back to the area after being away for more than 15 years. We had general ideas about what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Marlene had no idea what she was in for! Over 18 months she showed us dozens of properties as our focus continued to change. Marlene was always patient, quick to respond and detailed as she arranged each showing. We ended up finding our dream home which was totally different than what we looked at for months. Marlene had predicted we would end up where we did but also knew we needed to see other properties to realize it. Looking back I know Marlene knew we would never settle for some of the properties we asked her to show but she knew we needed to see them to realize what a bad choice it would be. In the end we found the dream house and she walked us through every step of the process (We bought another realtor's home so we felt like the seller really had a leg up in whole the process worked.) Marlene was there the whole time, always patient and always supportive. She even came to our closing. She assured us we weren't difficult clients even though we felt we were. And she always, always made us feel like her only and most important client.
